• Co-ordination and liaison with the project owner and/or receiving of goods at the construction site
• Consultation and assistance in obtaining import licenses, customs concessions and exemptions
• Reports an any ammendments or alterations that may be required
• Completion of the documents by locally provided letter of authorisation, bank guarantee, import licenses and other customs documentation
• Customs clearance formalities at both sea ports and airports
• Receipt of cargo at the port of discharge, port handling and loading of vehicles
